  • 4 cups Apple cider
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 2 cups Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • 2 cups Ginger beer or sparkling water/seltzer

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, maple syrup, sliced apple, orange juice, cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Stir well to combine.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Just before serving, gently stir in the ginger beer or sparkling water.
  4. Serve the punch over ice. Garnish with optional toppings like rosemary sprigs, apple slices, cranberries, or pomegranate arils.
