Baked Brie
  • 8 ounce wheel of brie
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • flaky sea salt
Serve with
  • crusty bread
  • crackers
  • grapes
  • candied pecans
  • pears or apples, sliced
  • salami

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Score a grid pattern into the top rind of the brie with a knife. You can also remove the entire top rind.
  3. Place the brie in your baking dish. Top with honey, chopped pecans, fresh thyme, and flaky sea salt.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
