Method
- Combine all pancake ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
You can add berries or chocolate chips to the batter before cooking. For a thicker pancake, use less milk.
