Berry Popsicles

A simple and refreshing berry popsicle recipe perfect for a summer treat.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1/4 cup water or fruit juice optional, for thinner consistency

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

You can use any combination of berries you like. For a layered effect, freeze each layer partially before adding the next.
