- Prepare the slaw: Stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, sugar, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Pour over cabbage slaw and toss to combine. Cover and chill until ready to use.
- Prepare the shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey and Cajun seasoning.
- Add shrimp and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until opaque.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with shrimp and topping with creamy cabbage slaw. Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe is easily adaptable. For a DIY Cajun seasoning, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
