Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions, but undercook by 1-2 minutes. Drain well.
- In the baking dish, combine the drained ravioli and the marinara sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top of the ravioli mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage to the sauce for a heartier meal. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
