Cheesy Ravioli Bake

Ingredients
  

For the Bake
  • 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli 20-ounce
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24-ounce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Large pot
  • colander

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ravioli according to package directions, but undercook by 1-2 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In the baking dish, combine the drained ravioli and the marinara sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top of the ravioli mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage to the sauce for a heartier meal. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
