  • 1 package (6 ounces) chicken stuffing mix
  • 1-1/2 cups water for preparing stuffing mix
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup undiluted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups of water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and the can of condensed broccoli cheese soup. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  4. Top the mixture evenly with the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the stuffing.
  5. Cover the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the topping is lightly golden.
