For the Dessert
  • 400 g Crème fraîche
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Spiced biscuits or Amarettini crumbled
  • 300 g Frozen raspberries
For Topping
  • 30 g Meringues white and pink, crumbled

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat the crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Roughly crumble the biscuits.
  2. Layer the raspberries, crumbled biscuits, and crème fraîche mixture alternately in four dessert glasses.
  3. Chill the layered dessert for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the crumbled meringues over the top.
