Method
- Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon maple syrup for the "frosting".
- Top the overnight oats with the "frosting" before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top if desired.
