Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
For the "frosting"
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon maple syrup for the "frosting".
  5. Top the overnight oats with the "frosting" before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top if desired.
