- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in the beef broth, sour cream, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the beef stroganoff mixture over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
You can add a tablespoon of flour to the onions and garlic before adding the broth to help thicken the sauce further.
