- Carefully wrap a slice of prosciutto around each mozzarella ball, cut side up. Fold back the top of the prosciutto to secure it.
- Place half an olive into the center of each mozzarella ball.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic glaze, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. You can place each eyeball on a basil leaf before serving if desired.
