- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
- Let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve the meatballs warm with heated marinara sauce over pasta or with crusty bread.

Notes
You can add a tablespoon of milk or water to the meatball mixture if it seems too dry. For a different flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
