  • 1/2 cup aged balsamic vinegar
For the Salad
  • 2 large Roma tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
  • 8 ounce package sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the arranged ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cooled balsamic vinegar over the salad. Serve immediately.
