- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pizza dough into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch wide.
- Thread 3 meatballs onto a strand of spaghetti. This will help hold them in place while you wrap.
- Begin wrapping the dough strips around the meatballs, stretching and criss-crossing them until the meatballs are completely covered. Leave a small space open for the eyes.
- Gently remove the spaghetti strand from each meatball mummy. Place the wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 19-23 minutes, or until the dough is browned. Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter if desired, and add the edible eyeballs for the mummy eyes.
- Serve the meatball mummies warm with pasta sauce.
