Ingredients

For the Popcorn Cups

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Large knife
  • Microwave
  • Waxed paper, parchment, or foil
  • Clear cups

Method

  1. Pop popcorn and place it into the largest mixing bowl you have. Add peanuts, candy corn, and Reese's Pieces on top.
  2. Use a large knife to break up the almond bark. Melt it according to package directions. Chopping it into smaller pieces and microwaving in intervals until smooth and melted is recommended.
  3. Pour the melted almond bark over the popcorn mixture.
  4. Stir until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture out onto waxed paper, parchment, or foil.
  5. Let the mixture sit until completely dry. Then, break it up into clumps.
  6. Spoon the popcorn mixture into clear cups. You can draw ghost faces on the cups with a food-safe marker before filling, or simply let the popcorn mixture form the ghost shape.

Notes

These Ghost Popcorn Cups are a perfect make-ahead treat for Halloween parties, school events, or movie nights. They are individually portioned and easy for kids to handle.
