For the Corn
  • 4 ears of corn husked and cleaned

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn evenly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
  4. Grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and lightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add butter, chili powder, or lime juice after grilling for extra flavor.
