Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados, ripe Use large avocados. If small, add one more.
  • ½ small yellow onion finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime juiced (use fresh lime)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency, chunky or smooth.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
  4. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
