Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 3-5 Tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
For the Decoration
  • 3 Tablespoons greek yogurt
  • banana slices for garnish
  • kiwi for garnish
  • fresh berries for garnish
  • chia seeds for garnish
  • star sprinkles for garnish
  • plastic spiders for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Bowl
  • Small Ziplock Bag
  • Sharp Knife

Method
 

  1. Place frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, 3 Tablespoons of milk, and honey into a blender. Blend on medium-low speed until smooth. Add an additional 1-2 Tablespoons of milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to a small ziplock bag. Cut a very small piece off one corner of the bag.
  4. In the center of the smoothie bowl, create a small circle with the Greek yogurt. Make three more circles around the first circle.
  5. Using a sharp knife, carefully draw lines from the center outward through the yogurt circles to create a web pattern.
  6. Garnish your smoothie bowl with banana slices, kiwi, fresh berries, chia seeds, star sprinkles, and plastic spiders.
