- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir in the cornstarch slurry.
- Place the salmon pieces and broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour about half of the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp. You can broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
- Drizzle with the remaining sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately. You can garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if you like.
