Ingredients

For the Salmon and Broccoli
  • 1.5 lb Salmon fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 lb Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Small bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir in the cornstarch slurry.
  3. Place the salmon pieces and broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour about half of the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp. You can broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
  6. Drizzle with the remaining sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately. You can garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if you like.
