- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove drumsticks from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place drumsticks on the preheated grill. Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade. Ensure the grill grates are clean before cooking to prevent sticking.
