- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Place chicken on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
