  • 1 cup water or almond milk, original/unsweetened
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 of a large one
  • 2 clementines or 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 cups ripe mango, peeled
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
