- Slice each chicken breast into two strips (or three if they are large). Place the chicken strips in a bowl and cover them with milk. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, half of the grated parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Transfer the marinated chicken pieces to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season the chicken with additional salt to taste.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the chicken pieces. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese evenly on top, followed by a little more paprika.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Then, broil for a few minutes to achieve a golden color.
- Garnish with parsley and chili flakes if desired.
