Method
- Heat your oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels. Season all sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a 9x13-inch broiler-safe baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
- Set your oven to broil. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the topping is golden-brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
