Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, seasoning, and onion powder.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Make sure the pieces do not overlap. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the topping is golden brown. Check the internal temperature with a thermometer; it should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you are using it, and serve the chicken.
