- Preheat your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red miso paste, maple syrup, tamari or soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hot chili sauce until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the miso glaze evenly over the top surface of each salmon fillet.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. The glaze should bubble and the salmon should flake easily when done.
- Remove the salmon from the broiler and serve immediately.
