No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is a simple dessert perfect for parties.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
For the Filling
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 10 cookies Oreo cookies chopped

Equipment

  • 9-inch springform pan
  • Food processor
  • Electric mixer
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Before serving, you can garnish with additional crushed or whole Oreo cookies if desired.

Notes

This cheesecake is best served chilled. You can substitute other sandwich cookies for the Oreos if you prefer.
