Celebrate Halloween with these fun and healthy overnight oats. They are perfect for busy mornings and can be customized with your favorite spooky toppings.

Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
For Topping (Optional)
  • Peanut butter
  • Jam
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Fresh fruit
  • Cacao nibs

Equipment

  • Medium bowl or large glass container

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl or large glass container, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Add milk, yogurt, and honey and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, stir oats and top with desired toppings.
  4. Make Ahead: Oats (without toppings) can be made 5 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.
