Ingredients
  

For the Platter
  • 2 balls burrata cheese room temperature
  • 3 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup prosciutto thinly sliced
For the Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
For Serving
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Make the balsamic glaze: In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Arrange the burrata, sliced peaches, and prosciutto on a serving platter.
  3. Scatter the torn basil leaves over the platter.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze over the entire platter.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or crackers for a complete appetizer.
