- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the ready-to-bake pie shells on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white sugar, beaten eggs, light corn syrup, dark corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Spoon the pecan halves into each pie shell.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the pecans in each shell, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
