Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cooked chicken breast diced (optional)
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, and diced chicken (if using).
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crisp salad, ensure all ingredients are well-chilled before assembling.
