- Combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a medium bowl. Spread this mixture onto a large serving platter.
- In another medium bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the refried beans.
- Top the cream cheese layer with salsa.
- Layer the chopped tomato, bell pepper, green onions, and shredded lettuce over the salsa.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the vegetables and garnish with the drained black olives.
Notes
This dip is best served chilled or at room temperature. You can prepare the layers ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
