If you want some char on your vegetables, remove the chicken from the baking sheet and place the vegetables under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes until the edges start to char slightly.
- Drizzle the cooked mixture with lime juice and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with lettuce cups or tortillas and your desired toppings.
