Salmon
  • 4 6-ounce fillets salmon fillets
Vegetables
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
  • 0.5 pound green beans
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley plus more for garnishing
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
