Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and optional honey or agave nectar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve scoops of the sorbet directly from the freezer.
Notes
For a softer sorbet, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. You can also add other fruits like berries for variation.
