- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the browned meatballs in the slow cooker. Stir to coat.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking to thicken the sauce further.
- Serve hot with toothpicks for easy serving.

Notes
You can also use pre-made frozen meatballs to save time. If using frozen meatballs, add them directly to the slow cooker with the sauce and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
