- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add cannellini beans, diced green chilies (with liquid), chicken broth, taco seasoning, cumin, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Stir the chili and let it simmer for another 60 minutes on low, uncovered, to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
