Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 5 ounces Fresh spinach Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pecans Toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese Crumbled
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, sliced strawberries, red onion, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute walnuts for pecans or goat cheese for feta if desired.
