For the Latte
  • 2 cups hot coffee
  • 1 cup dairy free milk almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, etc.
For the Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
For Garnish
  • holiday colored sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Brew hot coffee and set it aside.
  2. Combine water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large mug, add the white chocolate chips. Pour the hot coffee over the chips and stir until combined. Add the desired amount of the sugar cookie syrup.
  4. Warm the dairy-free milk. Whisk it with a milk frother or hand blender until frothy. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture.
  5. Garnish with holiday-colored sprinkles and enjoy.
