- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place them in a medium oven-safe skillet. Top the pork chops with the sliced onions, sweet potatoes, and apples. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. Season with 2 teaspoons of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Cover the skillet and bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven. The dish is ready when the sweet potatoes are tender and the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
