Method
- Lay out the tortillas flat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast over the hummus.
- Top the turkey with shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like spinach, red onion, or sprouts. For a different flavor, try mustard or a light vinaigrette instead of hummus.
