- Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use seedless watermelon. You can freeze fresh watermelon cubes on a baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer bag.
