Watermelon Slush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or to taste, optional

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use seedless watermelon. You can freeze fresh watermelon cubes on a baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer bag.
