Yogurt Parfait

A simple and refreshing yogurt parfait recipe.

Ingredients
  

Yogurt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
Fruit
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana
Crunch
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Spoon half of the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Layer half of the fruit over the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola and nuts (if using) over the fruit.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, granola, and nuts.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Notes

For best results and to keep granola crunchy, add it just before serving.
